We provide end-to-end regulatory and corporate solutions for emerging technology companies, financial institutions, and startups expanding into Türkiye and global markets.

Our multidisciplinary team combines deep sectoral knowledge with a forward-looking approach, bridging law and innovation. We are now expanding our fintech and Web3 legal team with a new
Associate
who shares our passion for technology and regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, technology, and financial agreements.
  • Support client advisory projects, including compliance frameworks, licensing, and due diligence.
  • Liaise with regulators and assist in preparing filings and correspondence.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge projects, articles, and events on digital finance and AI law.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interest or experience in data protection.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, innovation driven environment.
