Role Description

We are looking for an analytical and experienced
Senior Reporting and Controlling Associate
to support the financial health and accountability of the project. The role involves rigorous financial analysis, precise management reporting, and supporting the budgeting and audit processes for the entire development and its operational assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting:
  Prepare and present timely, accurate, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, including variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget.
• Financial Analysis & Control:
  Conduct in-depth financial analysis to monitor KPIs, identify trends, highlight risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Coordinate and support the budgeting process and rolling forecasts, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and reliable financial plans.
• Audit & Compliance:
  Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.
• System & Process Improvement:
  Participate in the development and enhancement of financial reporting systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:
  4-5 years of professional experience in Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Controlling roles.
• Industry Preference:
  Prior experience within Real Estate Development, Asset Management, Construction, or Hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Education:
  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language:
  Above Intermediate English proficiency (both written and verbal) is essential for international reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Technical Skills:
  Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and strong overall financial analysis skills.
• Core Competencies:
  Proven experience in preparing comprehensive management reports and participating in the budgeting cycle.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with precise attention to detail.
• Additional Financial Skills:
  Experience in Accounting principles and/or Financial Modeling is a significant plus.
• Communication:
  Excellent Presentation Skills and the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly to non-finance executives.
