We are looking for
a Payroll and Personnel Affairs Specialist / Senior Specialist
to join our Restaurant Group.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related to relevant sciences,
- Proven experience in managing HR-integrated ERP systems and hands-on usage of platforms,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs,
- Active involvement in digital transformation projects within HR functions,
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, and practices,
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills; a collaborative team player.
What We Expect from You:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and all relevant legal requirements; manage and improve personnel processes in accordance with current legislation,
- Operate monthly payroll calculations and payment processes in line with legal regulations and company procedures; ensure accurate reporting,
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports related to monthly payroll and employee life cycle processes,
- Data providing employee disciplinary processes, particularly in relation to Social Security regulations,
- Analyze Labor Cost related employee data and prepare strategic HR reports,
- Contribute to HR digital transformation projects; improve and optimize existing systems and applications.
