A growing organization in Şişli is looking for a
HR & Administrative Affairs Specialist
to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities
• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, supporting seamless employee transitions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Monitor leaves, attendance, and payroll-related inputs with a high level of accuracy
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative needs are met effectively
• Manage communication and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and external service partners
• Support internal communication initiatives and foster positive employee relations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work on-site in Şişli
• English is a must
