Job Identification

HR Specialist Responsible for OPP System Transactions

Job Objective

We are now seeking for an HR Specialist to be a part of our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and executing HR Operations processes on OPP with full data accuracy and compliance, while providing guidance, support and continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and alignment with CCI policies and organizational needs.


What We Expect

  • Timely and accurate processing of Personnel Administration transactional activities under the HR Operations Process Stream of Turkey & GO.
  • Provide support and resolve queries to internal customers relating to the HR Operations processes.
  • Ensure that HR Operations processes are transacted in compliance with local legislation and CCI's HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Centerally manage all  OPP System Transactions timely and accurately(Internal & External moves).
  • Sole responsible for Employee Data Management and data clearence on OPP, ensuring 100% Data Fullfilment & Correction of Personnel Records, Approval of hiring on OPP system and triggering SAP integration and OPP Documentatıon (Hiring, Re-hiring, Termination)
  • Constantly strive in finding ways in which the HR Operations process can be further improved.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Upper intermediate English is a must (both speaking & writing)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Willing to locate in İstanbul
  • Passion of pursuing processes and result orientation
  • Strong system and process improvement focus is a must
