We are looking for an
HR Operations Specialist
to join our team If you are passionate about running precise HR operations, owning timekeeping and pre-payroll processes, coordinating occupational health examinations, and keeping HRIS data accurate and compliant in a fast-paced tech environment, this is the role for you. At Mobven, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals and help build scalable HR processes that power cutting-edge digital solutions.

We Need You to Have

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations and timekeeping/pre-payroll in a dynamic organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social security practices; solid command of overtime, leave, and absenteeism rules.
  • Proven experience ensuring HRIS data accuracy and managing onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Familiarity with OHS processes, including scheduling and tracking pre-employment and periodic medical examinations and maintaining related records.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.) and comfort with HRIS/reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline; strong time management and follow-through.
  • Clear, service-oriented communication with Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal stakeholders.
