Delega Talent Solutions is seeking a new
" Human Resources Payroll Manager"
for one of our business partners.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or a preferably Master's degree in related fields,
  • Min years experience at HR teams with a high responsibility at payroll management,
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll management from A to Z,
  • Very open to cooperate between stakeholders and intense experience in people management,
  • Strong analytical and communication skills,
  • Good English skills is a plus,
  • Willingness to work within flexible working hours when required.

Job Description:

  • Manages, monitors and reports all the personnel records during the recruitment, termination and cooperation process on behalf of the company,
  • Manages, monitors and reports the up-to-dateness of the Humanist system,
  • Manages all the legal processes, notifications and correspondence related to it's subject,
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other HR team members at other locations and offices of the company,
  • Represents the company at internal and external audits,
  • Monitors and reports the employees of the different subcontractors and temporary business partners,
  • Manages payroll subcontractor relations.
