We're seeking a skilled and experienced
Human Resources Manager
for our client in the sector of
Manufacturing
in
İstanbul
. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent through developing policies, managing and administering employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable international labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Turkish as a native language, with excellent communication skills.
