About the Role:

As a Customer Technical Support, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional assistance with professionalism and empathy. Your strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability will ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality support.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and reliable information about products and services.
  • Manage updates, troubleshoot concerns, and handle requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions to uphold consistent service standards.
  • Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide precise and informed support.
  • Work closely with colleagues, share insights, and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level)
  • Turkish Citizenship
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
