As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our content and marketing teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand identity and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Calendar Management
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns. You will help plan content around key dates, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Campaign Theme Development
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign themes and narratives. You will help brainstorm and refine ideas that align with both our short-term marketing goals and long-term brand vision.
  • Audience Research & Insights
  • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, behaviors, and trends. This includes gathering insights from social media analytics, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. You will use this data to help inform content direction and ensure relevance.
  • Content Strategy Development
  • Assist in crafting a clear, actionable content strategy that speaks to our target audience's needs and interests. You will help define the goals for each piece of content, whether it's increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, or boosting engagement.
  • Content Creation Support
  • While your primary role will be strategic, you will also assist in creating content, including writing blog posts, captions for social media, and email templates. You'll help ensure that content adheres to our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Support in tracking and analyzing content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and other platform analytics. You will assist in compiling performance reports, highlighting trends, and providing insights to improve future content strategies.
  • Content Optimization
  • Help optimize existing content by suggesting improvements based on performance data, SEO best practices, and emerging trends. You may be involved in refining headlines, improving call-to-actions, and ensuring all content is search engine optimized.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience in content creation or digital marketing (even as a volunteer or personal project) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Creativity & Writing Skills:
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and clear content. Creativity in approaching content topics, campaigns, and social media strategies is key.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills to handle content calendars, research, and reports.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Experience using content management tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, and Meta Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is beneficial.
  • Adaptability & Initiative:
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving field.
