Role Overview
As a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
within the Marketing team, you will play a critical role in generating pipeline, qualifying leads, and supporting the growth of Trio Mobil's AI-powered industrial safety solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about
technology sales
, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into future
Sales Manager
or
Sales Engineer
positions.
You will work across
Türkiye, Europe, and ROW regions
, engaging prospects through
multitouch outreach;
including calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate new leads via
multitouch outbound outreach
: phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Customize messaging for different segments and ICPs
- Conduct detailed research to identify high-potential accounts and contacts.
- Utilize AI tools for prospecting, research, email writing, and workflow optimization.
- Organize and book online/on-site meetings with targeted prospects.
Lead Qualification & Funnel Support
- Qualify inbound leads based on fit, needs, and potential.
- Manage all initial communication until handover to the Sales team.
- Build engagement within existing customer accounts by identifying new stakeholders across departments.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to support pipeline needs and outreach priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
- Prepare daily activity reports and track progress against outreach targets.
Performance
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs including qualified meetings, outreach volume, and account penetration.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (new graduates welcome).
- Strong command of
both Turkish and English
(excellent written & verbal communication).
- Interest in technology, AI tools, and IoT is a plus.
- High energy, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Prior exposure to B2B, technology, or SaaS environments.
