We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help scale this vision through best-in-class acquisition and growth execution.

What you'll do

  • Lead performance marketing efforts in a business where customer acquisition is a key growth engine
  • Help transform a traditionally offline category by building digital-first, scalable acquisition systems
  • Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and additional performance channels
  • Identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels with long-term growth potential
  • Own day-to-day performance marketing operations including campaign launches, experimentation, and optimization
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare regularreports to generate actionable insights
  • Work closely with Growth, Design, and Content teams to elevate creative quality, storytelling, and performance
  • Contribute to building sustainable growth systems aligned with Normod's vision of customization and exceptional customer experience
  • Design and run structured tests (creative, audience, funnel, and channel-level) to drive scalable and sustainable growth
  • Contribute to measurement discussions around attribution, incrementality, and channel effectiveness, in collaboration with Growth and Data teams

This role is part of growth team and reports directly to the Head of Growth.

Who you are

  • 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or retail
  • Hands-on multi-year experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Hands-on ownership of 3M+ USD annual performance marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making independent, data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve
  • Fluent in English
  • People management experience is not required
