Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, capable of handling international communication seamlessly.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and familiarity with TikTok Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Proficient in using GA4 and GTM for tracking and analytics purposes.
• Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
• Intermediate skills in organizing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn complex data into clear action plans.
• A proactive learner, constantly seeking new strategies, tools, and innovations.
• Advanced skills in using AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms for performance marketing tasks.
• Disciplined time management, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain output in high-intensity environments.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve business goals.
• Lead and manage the performance marketing team, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the management and optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Clarity or Hotjar to improve website and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to leverage customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Design and execute effective email & SMS marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance analytics.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.
• Manage annual and monthly budgets with zero tolerance for waste; allocate resources for maximum efficiency and output.
• Provide clear, detailed, and actionable reports to senior leadership, including forward-looking strategic recommendations.
• Act decisively in high-pressure situations, ensuring no delays in execution.
• Enforce a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and measurable results across the marketing function.
