We're hiring a Performance Marketing Managerr who can:

Lead full-funnel paid growth,

Manage ad creative direction,

And obsess over metrics that matter.

This isn't just campaign execution. It's strategic growth orchestration across platforms, tools, and teams.

What You'll Do

Own Multi-Platform Paid Growth
Launch, scale, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and beyond.

Drive Subscription Growth
Work with product and analytics to reduce CAC, improve trial-to-sub conversion, and boost retention.

Optimize Funnel Performance
Track the full user journey (web + app), identify drop-offs, and run experiments to boost CVR and ROAS.

Lead Creative Direction for Ads
Collaborate with our in-house designers to test hooks, angles, and formats. Turn data into creative briefs that convert.

Leverage Automation & AI
Work alongside automation engineers to streamline tracking, attribution, and performance reporting. Use AI to scale insight and iteration.

Collaborate Across Teams
Sit at the center of growth, design, and product — ensuring alignment and speed.

Stay Ahead of the Game
Test new UA channels, ad formats, and tactics before they're mainstream. Spot trends early.

Must-Haves

2+ years experience in performance marketing or user acquisition (preferably for a subscription product)

Deep understanding of Meta Ads + Google Ads

Proven track record in hitting CAC/CPI/ROAS targets

Experience managing and directing ad creative production

Strong knowledge of funnel tracking, event-based analytics, and attribution 

Familiarity with web-to-app journeys and optimizing conversion points

Comfortable with AI tools and automated workflows

Fluent English, data-driven mindset, execution-first attitude

This Role is NOT for:

Brand marketers who don't work with data

Strategists who don't execute

Designers who don't understand funnels

Managers who've never worked with creative teams

People afraid of AI, tools, or rapid iteration

Experience scaling subscription apps

Experience working with AI-powered tooling (e.g. ad performance prediction, creative analytics)

Strong testing mindset — you believe in "test, learn, scale, repeat"

Understanding of retention, churn, and LTV modeling
