Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Immigration Sales Consultant
to join our Istanbul sales team. In this role, you will manage key client accounts in the second citizenship and permanent residency sector, establish strong relationships with high-profile clients, and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for following up on leads, coordinating client support services, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Record and manage every stage of the client journey in our CRM system
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable citizenship and residency programs
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations
  • Follow up diligently with clients to ensure timely conversions
  • Maintain professional, trust-based relationships with high-profile international clients

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (immigration/real estate/consultation services preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus (in-house training provided)
  • Strong knowledge of sales practices and effective customer service techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international work environment
  • High persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
