Control is handed back to the consumers by 24/7 live support through the iyzico mobile app and convenience in cancellation/returns processes. To this date, more than 2 million consumers shopped online under the security provided by iyzico Buyer Protection and this number is increasing daily. Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection. iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed. Responsibilities:
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes such as job evaluation, base salary analysis, and salary adjustments across all functions,
  • Design and update the company's compensation and benefits structure based on business needs and maintain competitiveness through sectoral benchmarking,
  • Manage salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal rotations,
  • Manage performance system,
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and other fringe benefits,
  • Manage budgeting and reporting; analyze monthly plans and actuals, and present insights to management
  • Collaborate with external compensation survey providers to analyze market data and trends,
  • Create meaningful reports and visualizations from employee data and present findings to management,
  • Monitor HR KPIs (employee turnover rate, time-to-hire, etc.) and suggest improvements,
  • Develop data-driven approaches to optimize HR processes,
  • Effectively use HR reporting tools and manage the tools & data analytics systems,
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team and business units,
  • Continuously explore new HR technologies and analytical tools to enhance HR analytics capabilities,
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare internal HR metrics with industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Statistics, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, etc.),
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms,
  • Familiar with at least one of the compensation methodologies, such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or Willis Towers Watson,
  • Knowledgeable in job evaluation, job analysis, and grading processes,
  • Experience in budgeting, analytical processes, and reporting,
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies,
  • Understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics techniques,
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling sensitive HR data,
  • Strong problem-solving skills (with high attention to detail) and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
  • Fluency in English is required.
