ATU Duty Free was established in the late 1990s as a joint venture between TAV Airports, Unifree and Gebr. Heinemann. Since its inception, ATU has carried the strength of leading institutions in the aviation and retail sectors. Starting out in a 80 m² shop, it now operates more than 110 shops across 7 countries, 16 airports and 1 cruise port, covering a total area of 30,000 m².

Headquartered in Istanbul, the company employs over 3,000 people and serves more than 50 million passengers annually.

We are looking for a
Global Compensation & Benefits Supervisor
to take part in ATÜ Duty Free Headquarters located in Vadistanbul Sarıyer / Istanbul;

This position is responsible for all ATU Operations (İstanbul Airport, İstanbul HQ, Ankara, İzmir, Bodrum, Gazipaşa, Antalya ; Latvia, Georgia, Macedonia, Tunusia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kazakhstan)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Management Engineering or related departments of universities
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits and HR reporting processes,
  • Competent in data analysis
  • Have knowledge and application skills on Korn Ferry (HAY) Assessment Methodology,
  • Have strong analysis, reporting and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of the SAP HR module is an advantage
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail, and strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English

Responsibilities :

  • Preparing salary increase, sales & admin bonus calculations
  • Controlling the payroll & bonus calculation prepared by the overseas HR's
  • Analyzing different components of the compensation scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Follow market trends in total rewards
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics prepare reports to the executive team
  • Preparing monthly, annual and instant HR reports when necessary
  • Preparing and monitoring annual HR expense and company personnel budget
  • Cooperating and managing the relationship with the HR BP's and Regional HR Managers closely
  • Manage, participate and support HR digitalization and HRIS projects
