As a Progressive Open Ethical Team (POET), we're on a mission to create our own modern authentic epics. 

We're now looking for new underdogs to join our team, to "grow together" with us in 2026.

What should you expect from the future?

As our Software QA & Testing Engineer, you will hopefully be a part of our Development Team for years to come - as most our teammates did in the past.

You will have a unique experience and hopefully a further personal development opportunity by being the first designated QA / Tester for Sharper Marina Management System in the years to come. Sharper MMS is our largest project ever (and most probably yours as well). 

(Sharper MMS is a multi-module enterprise level software which closed it's first major investment round in early 2025. Sharper is built from scratch by us and is still being developed by us. It is currently used by 70+ marinas in the USA (and counting), processing $100+ million a year in transactions (and counting faster). You will hopefully be in the core team when the time comes to expand our Sharper MMS team in Weptile over the coming years, or perhaps in just a few months.)

Apart from being the seed person of our QA / Testing process to grow (hopefully very fast, very soon), if you're up for it, you'll also have the opportunity to use your web design / frontend design skills and/or learn deeper about enterprise software and our other projects to possibly evolve into other roles over time if you wish. 

Most importantly, it's statistically expected that you will have a happy and peaceful experience being part of a team formed by underdogs.

What will you do?

• Run manual / user tests
• Test & document bugs
• Support new customer onboarding (Marinas & mobile apps)
• Assist feature development processes
• Assist code documentation
• Setup & style website integrations (CSS included)
• Support data fixes (will be trained)
• Anything else you'd like to "grow together"

We are looking for 2 software engineers and 1 QA/test engineer to join our team together.

We will not be looking for the best candidate, but try to get the best combination of candidates.
