The Project

We are developing a next-generation AI assistant that can recognize and respond to users' cognitive and behavioral patterns to provide truly personalized guidance. This project sits at the intersection of
AI, cognitive science, and computational psychology
, and carries a clear research ambition, our long-term goal includes producing publishable scientific outcomes.

The Role

We are looking for a
Cognitive AI Research Fellow
to join our interdisciplinary research team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to bridge scientific inquiry and real-world AI product development. You will:

  • Design and run experiments in user modeling, personality inference, or adaptive dialogue systems.
  • Develop and evaluate cognitive-inspired AI models (language, emotion, decision, or interaction modeling).
  • Work with large-scale conversational and behavioral datasets.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to bring research ideas into production.
  • Contribute to internal reports and, potentially, academic publications.

Qualifications

  • MSc or PhD (ongoing or completed) in
    Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology
    , or related fields.
  • Solid background in
    deep learning, NLP, or computational modeling
    .
  • Familiarity with PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern transformer-based architectures.
  • Strong interest in
    human-AI interaction, personalization, or behavioral modeling
    .
  • Excellent analytical and scientific writing skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with conversational AI, affective computing, or user modeling.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, few-shot learning, or LLM fine-tuning.
  • Passion for connecting human cognition and artificial intelligence.
