The
Head of Infrastructure & Technology
will lead
FMCG
sector regional infrastructure operations across 12 countries, ensuring technology excellence, operational continuity, and alignment with business strategy. The role oversees four infrastructure domains — hardware, cloud, network, and enterprise systems — supporting both white- and blue-collar operations across 32 factories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 4 infrastructure departments (manager-level direct reports).
  • Oversee IT infrastructure operations across 12 countries, ensuring service reliability and standardization.
  • Manage and optimize
    hardware, cloud, network, and enterprise systems
    .
  • Drive the adoption and management of
    cloud environments
    (preferably with 1–2 years of hands-on exposure).
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Security team
    to maintain compliance and protect infrastructure integrity.
  • Manage
    budgets, vendor relations, and procurement processes
    within the infrastructure domain.
  • Partner with business and manufacturing leaders to align IT strategy with factory operations.
  • Support
    SAP environments
    (experience preferred, not mandatory).
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum
    10+ years
    of professional experience in IT infrastructure and technology management.
  • Proven experience leading
    multi-country teams and large-scale operations
    .
  • Strong
    budget management
    and
    procurement process
    experience.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of
    cloud technologies
    , enterprise systems, and industrial IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with manufacturing environments and production sites.
  • Strong
    people management
    and
    stakeholder alignment
    skills.
