QUALIFICATIONS


•Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


•At least 4-6 years of experience in relevant fields,


•Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of REST APIs,


•Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning, deep learning and NLP fundamentals,


•Solid understanding of transformers, attention mechanisms, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)


•Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision, particularly in generative tasks,


•Experience with MLOps tools for model management and deployment (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes),


•Experience with version control,


•Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries,


•Familiar with or using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP is a big plus,


•Master's or Ph.D. would be a plus


•Good command of spoken and written English,


•Creative and innovative problem-solving skills,


•Good team player, and analytical mind,


•Curious about new technologies and open to learning,


•Passionate to think and research analytically.
