Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Call Center Specialist role based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, managing call center operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information about services, and resolve issues in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Experience in Contact Centers and the ability to manage high volumes of calls efficiently
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with call center software and basic office applications
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
