This role will be responsible for our IT team' operations and continuous improvement in technology and process with ensuring a 24/7 effective detection and incident response capabilities.

System Operations Senior Specialist (24/7 shifts)

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities
;

• Manage bank end-of-day processes with automation tools
• Architectural design, plan, configure, job scheduling, on automation tools.
• To run, monitor, report and document the planned intraday & end-of-day batch & automation works using the Automic system in line with requests and procedures,
• Monitoring all processes 24/7
• To monitor information technology systems and data centers by using monitoring and management systems, to ensure coordination and solution of the problem by reaching the relevant people in case of problems,
• To perform backup operations and physical cartridge management.

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in computer, electronics engineering or relevant fields
• 2+ years of IT Operation experience and Operations skills
• Proven experience on automation implementations (design, migrate, implement, operate)
• Proficient in using office programs
• Good understanding of Incident Response methodologies
• Good verbal and written English communication skills. We actively communicate with our global peers and managers.
• Passionate for automation technology and trends.
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving, pro-active and analytical skills.
• Knowledge on Automic is preferable.
• Working in 24/7 shifts
