About the Job

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Product Manager
to join the GoArt Worlds product management team. In this role, you will work alongside other senior leaders to bridge the gap between physical reality and our AR-powered game world.

You will be a key problem solver, using data to diagnose issues and design solutions that enhance the player experience. You will act as the Product Owner for your agile team, working daily with engineers, artists, and QA while partnering with Game Designers to drive the vision of a game where fiction is virtual, but the benefits are real.

Responsibilities

*Agile Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner within Agile teams. Collaborate daily with software developers, artists, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.

*Data-Driven Problem Solving: Deep dive into game data to identify friction points, drop-offs, and economy imbalances. Propose and execute solutions based on quantitative evidence.

*Strategic Collaboration: Work within the Product Management team to align on the broader roadmap while taking ownership of specific features and initiatives.

*Partner with Game Design: Act as a primary partner to the Game Design team, ensuring creative vision aligns with retention goals, technical feasibility, and economy health.

*Master the Economy: Analyze and optimize the game economy to ensure a sustainable and rewarding ecosystem for players.

*Lead Live Operations: Plan and manage in-game events, seasonal content, and brand collaborations to maximize engagement and Life-Time Value (LTV).

Requirements

*4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the mobile gaming industry.

*Strong Data Fluency: proven ability to query or analyze raw data, find the root cause of gameplay problems, and validate solutions with numbers.

*Experience acting as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments, capable of bridging the gap between technical and creative teams.

*Strong understanding of F2P economy design, Live Ops, and core KPIs.

*Proven track record of planning and evaluating A/B tests and feature experiments.

*Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

*Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

*Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, or NFT-based economies.

*Experience working on AR (Augmented Reality) or Location-Based games.

*Background in RPG, Simulation, or Social gaming genres.
