Job Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with solid experience in SoftPOS, Virtual POS, or payment acquiring systems, ideally within a Payment Facilitator (PF) environment.

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance, leading the evolution of our payment products while ensuring scalability, performance, and full regulatory compliance.

You'll translate product strategy into actionable technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to deliver reliable, developer-friendly fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the roadmap and backlog for SoftPOS / Virtual POS / PF products.
  • Translate product vision into user stories, technical requirements, and API specs.
  • Collaborate daily with engineers, QA, compliance, and operations to deliver secure and compliant payment solutions.
  • Work closely with API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger) to validate and document integration workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Analyze merchant and transaction data to improve conversion, minimize risk, and optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Proven experience with SoftPOS, Virtual POS, or Payment Facilitator products.
  • Hands-on understanding of SQL, API design, RESTful services, Postman collections, and Swagger.
  • Knowledge of transaction flows, 3DS, tokenization, and reconciliation.
  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Comfortable managing technical discussions and trade-offs between time, quality, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with PSD2, PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, and TCMB payment regulations.

Other Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • Fintech or Payments certifications are highly valued.
