Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to lead our growing team in Istanbul.

In this leadership role, you will manage the business analysis team and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into clear technical specifications. You will be responsible for driving digital banking products and core banking processes, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer-centric delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor the business analysis team, ensuring high-quality output in business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Act as a key bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Prioritization Management:
  Proven ability to manage multiple business stakeholders, drive prioritization decisions, align roadmaps, and ensure clear communication between product, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
• Requirements Management:
  Collaborate with relevant business units to analyze their needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements for processes and systems related to products such as credit, payments, accounts, and digital channels.
• Process Optimization:
  Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency, compliance, or customer experience.
• Quality Assurance Oversight:
  Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Oversee the design and execution of test cases and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Release Management:
  Monitor and support new releases, responding to feedback, resolving issues, and approving software rollouts.
• Documentation:
  Ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and training materials.

What We're Looking For

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in
  Engineering, MIS
  or related field.
• Experience:
  Extensive experience in business analysis in the banking sector, with
  a minimum of 3 years of management experience
  .
• Domain Knowledge:
  Experience in one or more of the following areas: Retail Banking, Commercial Loans, Loan Processes, Treasury, Digital Channels, Core Banking.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Solid understanding of SDLC and software development practices.
• Methodologies:
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a deep understanding of backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Tools:
  Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools (e.g., Visio, ), and SQL is a plus.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language:
  Good command of English, both written and spoken.
