Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Istanbul, Türkiye, for a Fleet Solution and Insight Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing fleet operations, conducting market research, and providing actionable business insights. They will collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities, design fleet strategies, evaluate suppliers, and enhance overall fleet management efficiency. Additionally, the manager will oversee reporting, perform data analysis, and ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Insights and Customer Insight to identify fleet-related improvement opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to evaluate industry trends and develop competitive fleet management strategies.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, provide meaningful reports, and support evidence-based solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in fleet management, consultancy, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
