QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. has founded at 1957, is a recognized international EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) Company has designed and built many Projects for Oil and Gas Process, Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) Projects, Simple Cycle Power Plants (SCPP) Projects, Coal Fired Power Plants, Desalination Plants, Pipeline&Pump Stations, Well Pad Facilities, and the Tank Farms in all over the world up to date.

ENKA has its own in-house multi-disciplinary engineering team that performs all design services required for the development of above-mentioned projects. ENKA Engineering team carries out Conceptual (FEED), Basic and Detailed engineering for the Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Civil & Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

ENKA Engineering organization comprises of 3 main divisions located in Istanbul Head Quarter - Engineering Offices in Turkey.

· ENKA Civil, Structural and Infrastructural,

· ENKA Architectural Design, and

· ENKA Energy Engineering.

ENKA Energy Engineering is seeking for new teammates who will become the member of ENKA's design & engineering team located in Istanbul, Turkey. We are seeking to hire a Corporate Hse Engineer to be employed in Our Head Office in Istanbul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits across ENKA departments and projects in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements,
• Support and accompany external audits performed by certification bodies (BSI, ASME, etc.) and clients,
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports; monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure,
• Maintain and update ENKA's audit schedules and certification records in line with Corporate Quality procedures,
• Develop and standardize Quality Assurance documentation for project bids, including Project Quality Plans (PQP), Quality Manuals, and related deliverables,
• Ensure compliance of documentation with ENKA corporate standards and client-specific quality requirements,
• Collaborate with proposal and engineering teams to provide quality-related input during tender preparation,
• Support the Corporate Quality Manager in the development, review, and optimization of corporate workflows and quality processes,
• Participate in the development and digitalization of quality management tools integrated into ENKA's ERP systems (e.g., EGFS, EGPS, EDMS),
• Monitor the performance of ENKA's Quality Management System and contribute to periodic management reviews,
• Prepare and review trend analyses related to audit findings, NCRs, and other quality performance indicators,
• Act as a liaison for quality-related communication with clients, partners, and certification agencies when required,
• Provide technical support and training to project quality teams on QMS implementation, documentation requirements, and audit preparedness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree
  in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, Civil, Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum
  5 years of professional experience
  in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in construction and engineering projects,
• Certified Internal / Lead Auditor
  for ISO 9001 (ISO 27001 & ISO 19443 Auditor certifications are an advantage),
• Additional certifications such as
  PMP, RMP or Six Sigma
  are considered an asset,
• Strong knowledge of
  ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  standards,
• Experience in construction site quality control inspections and corporate-level QMS implementation,
• Familiarity with ERP-based construction management systems and document control tools,
• Advanced command of
  MS Office
  applications; familiarity with
  Power BI
  is an advantage,
• Excellent command of
  written and spoken English
  ,
• Strong analytical skills; effective communication, organization, and coordination abilities,
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams,
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.
