Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on jerseywear orders from sample to shipment.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers' current and future business needs.
  • Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales.
  • Monitor production status and solve issues quickly.
  • Prepare and update production reports.
  • Support the merchandising team to meet deadlines and customer needs.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in jerseywear or garment production.
  • Good knowledge of jerseywear production.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded with a strong ownership & follow-up mindset
