As part of our exciting growth journey in Türkiye, we are now looking for a passionate Senior Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic, collaborative, and close-knit team based in Istanbul.

As a Senior Merchandising Specialist, you will actively contribute to the product assortment and go-to-market processes, ensuring our collections reflect ASICS' global standards while meeting local market expectations. In this role, you will support data analysis, product selection, and commercial planning activities that help strengthen ASICS' market presence in Turkey.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal product assortments in line with regional strategies.
  • Set logical and commercially viable prices aligned with target margin requirements.
  • Take ownership of merchandising planning, KPI Management, forward planning and forecast management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Manager and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize product offering and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to sell-in and sell-out processes, providing product knowledge and merchandising insights to retail and wholesale partners.
  • Participating showroom planning & go to market presentations and taking responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in merchandising, product management, or a related field, ideally within the sportswear, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced & growing environment.
