We are looking for an experienced
FTD - Flight Training Device Junior Specialist / Specialist
and a good team member who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarters.

*** It is a 24/7 shift-based duty.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2-Year Technical Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical or Aviation Field,


• Able to interpret schematics and other technical documents pertaining to Electro-Mechanical systems,


• Advanced knowledge of PCs and MS-Office tools and suite,


• Knowledge and experience with computer networking, hardware and software,


• Ability to read and use technical schematics, drawings, and manuals,


• Good knowledge of English language,


• Thorough knowledge of flight crew training concepts,


• Completion of Internal SMS and Risk Assessment Training,


• Internal or external FSTD Qualification and Operation Training/Evaluation Course

Responsibilities:


• Understand and fulfill individual safety and security responsibilities during the execution of daily duties,


• Identify and report any safety and security risks encountered during daily tasks, perform duties in a manner that minimises risk and supports the organisation's safety and security objectives,


• Carry out all tasks in accordance with applicable safety and security regulations and company procedures,


• Perform all preventive maintenance tasks and break down maintenance operations on the FSTDs and associated FSTD systems,


• Perform and audit pre-flight and post flight tasks on FTD,


• Run, evaluate, and assist in correction of Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results,


• Utilize and audit maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities,


• Perform refurbishment and hardware modifications,


• Reports failures and all pertinent information to FSTD Manager on monthly basis,


• Keeps maintenance records regularly and report to FSTD Manager, if necessary


• Applies internal operational procedures in harmony with Training Device Manufacturer (TDM) procedures to keep the downtime to an absolute minimum,


• Keep close track of spare-parts kit and its content, ensuring the minimum items in the kit is always readily available to minimize FSTD down time,


• Carries out DGCA, EASA progress reports, correspondence and non-conformance closing processes,


• Notifies and reports all technical malfunctions to the manufacturer and follow-up on unresolved malfunctions,


• Ensures alternating instructors and trainees are informed about the technical status of FSTD(s) and consequent effects on associated training,


• Performs configuration management, tracking and verification.


• Perform and audit housekeeping functions to maintain the FSTDs as required,


• Perform and audit logistics duties, including parts received and follow-up technical inventories (components and equipment) and consumables,


• Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner,


• Periodic reporting on device usage.
