Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and a great team player to join our PMO team.

• Lead, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure projects align with company strategy, goals, and commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Deliver projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to empower them in achieving project objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and allocate necessary resources while assigning individual responsibilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for daily client communications.
• Set and manage client expectations effectively.
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities with existing clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master's degree is a plus. 
• Min 7+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area. 
• Experience in international projects.  
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and being detail-oriented. 
• Able to work in a very dynamic workplace. 
• Strong knowledge of software development processes. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels. 
• Strong documentation skills. 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills. 
• Understand and evaluate competitive products. 
• Ability to work well under pressure. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.
