Senior IT Business Analyst

Çalışma modeli:
Hibrit (Haftada en az 1 gün ofise gidilmesi ve ihtiyaç halinde kolaylıkla ulaşabilir konumda olması beklenmektedir.)

Gereksinimler:
- Endüstri Mühendisliği, Bilgisayar/Yazılım Mühendisliği, Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri, Bilgisayar Bilimleri vb. bölümlerden mezun,
- Süreç tasarımı, sistem analizi veya proje yönetimi alanında
en az 7 yıl
deneyimli, - Agile (Çevik)
çalışma metodolojilerinde deneyimli (Kanban, Scrum), - Postman/Soap
konusunda deneyimli, - Uluslararası ekiplerle sözlü-yazılı aktif iletişim kurabilecek seviyede
İngilizce bilen, - Güçlü yazılı ve sözlü iletişim ile koordinasyon becerilerine sahip,
- Güçlü insan ilişkileri ve olumlu bir tutum sergileyebilen,
- Mükemmel analitik düşünme yeteneğine ve iyi bir problem çözme yaklaşımına sahip,
- Çözüm odaklı ve iletişimi güçlü, takım çalışmasına yatkın,
- Zaman zaman sahada operatörlerle analiz ve test yapmaya istekli.
Sorumluluklar:
- Yazılım geliştirme projelerinde iş analisti olarak görev almak,
- İş süreçlerini tasarlamak, iş ihtiyaçları ve taleplere dayalı gerekli fonksiyonel ve teknik analizleri gerçekleştirmek,
- Çeşitli fonksiyonları etkileyen iş süreçlerini yeniden değerlendirerek verimliliği artırmanın yollarını araştırmak,
- Yazılım geliştirme süreci boyunca iş gereksinimleri ile fonksiyonel gereksinimlerin koordinasyonunu sağlamak için geliştirme ekipleriyle yakın çalışmak,
- Fonksiyonel testleri gerçekleştirmek ve kullanıcı kabul testlerinden sorumlu olmak.
