Job Description:

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by analyzing the needs of the digital products,
• Working with business units in line with business demands,
• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses,
• Preparing test scenarios and running integration, functional, regression tests to eliminate defects,
• Coordinating the user acceptance tests,
• Maintaining existing systems and products, analyzing and solving problems,
• Working closely with clients, developers and managerial staff,
• Managing the project's scope, handling new changes and their effects,
• Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related fields,
• Preferrably with 3-4 years of experience in payment systems or mobile applications,
• Ability of analytic thinking and problem solving,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Good follower of new trends and approaches, willing to learn,
• Passionate about digital and mobile technology,
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles,
• Solution-focused and a team player,
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement,
• Ability to detect problems and develop required solutions,
• Excellent planning and time management skills, comply with deadlines,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications and SQL,
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior analysts,
• Agile oriented; focused on delivery and customer first. Having advance knowledge of Scrum and Jira as Product Owner/Scrum Master is plus,
• Preferably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace), reporting applications (Power BI).
