ERP / MRP / MES – Smart Manufacturing Systems

We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead
to take technical ownership of our
ERP, MRP and manufacturing execution platforms
, supporting complex production, planning and shop-floor operations.

This role reports
directly to senior leadership
and sits above Software Development Managers, with responsibility for
architecture, technical direction and system-level decisions
.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Proven expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Ability to design scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools, frameworks, and development methodologies
  • Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage

What You Will Do

  • Lead the
    technical architecture and system design
    of ERP / MRP / MES and production-related platforms
  • Define and enforce
    modern software engineering standards
    across teams
  • Drive frontend architecture using
    React + TypeScript
    with scalable, performance-oriented UI patterns
  • Lead backend platforms built on
    .NET Core, API-first and service-oriented architectures
  • Design modular, scalable and production-grade systems
    for manufacturing workflows
  • Own
    data architecture and performance
    for high-volume production data using
    SQL Server
  • Build and maintain event-driven and asynchronous integration layers
  • Lead integrations with machines, IoT devices, automation systems and external platforms
  • Collaborate closely with business, production, planning and automation teams
  • Mentor senior engineers and guide Software Development Managers technically

  • .NET Core / Web APIs / Integration services

    (advanced T-SQL, performance tuning, concurrency handling)
  • Event-driven architectures
    , async processing, messaging patterns
  • Microservices / modular monolith approaches
  • IoT, machine and shop-floor integrations
  • CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and system observability

  • Strong experience in
    enterprise, ERP, MRP, MES or manufacturing software systems
  • Proven ability to make architecture-level technical decisions
  • Experience guiding teams and influencing engineering direction
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
  • Hands-on mindset with strong system thinking
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
