Job Description:

We are seeking an
Architect
to join our company, located in Maslak, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    Oversee the planning, design, and implementation phases of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements.
  • Design Development:
    Utilize architectural expertise to create high-quality design solutions for various project types, including mixed-use structures, tourism, residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Site Supervision:
    Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to designs, and ensure material quality.
  • Documentation:
    Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, design specifications, and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
  • Experience:
    10 years and above of experience in architectural application projects, specifically in mixed-use and complex structures.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Language Skills:
    Good in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Standards:
    Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.
  • Team Player:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project-related meetings and site visits.
