We are seeking a highly motivated ''Retail Sales&Operation Specialist'' to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support budget planning and management, including preparation of annual and periodic budgets, tracking expenditures, and providing analytical insights to achieve budget targets.
  • Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, including creation, tracking, supplier coordination, and alignment with logistics operations.
  • Ensure product content accuracy and completeness across internal systems, including pricing, features, barcodes, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee new product setup, content updates, and End of Life (EOL) product tracking, ensuring smooth system integration and timely removal of discontinued products.
  • Conduct sales, inventory, and demand planning analyses to support retail and online sales performance.
  • Monitor store-based sales and inventory levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, optimizing stock availability and preventing overstock or stock-outs.
  • Analyze customer- and channel-specific sales and inventory data, ensuring effective stock management and performance tracking.
  • Perform detailed data analysis on sales, inventory, returns, and shrinkage, preparing reports and actionable recommendations to support business growth.
  • Support distributor stock management by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating necessary replenishment or transfer actions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams, as well as external stakeholders such as distributors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Retail and Online Sales, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow sales performance across physical retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in sales, inventory, and demand planning analysis.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze, model, and report large datasets.
  • Experience with CRM management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in product content management and budget calculations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • No travel restrictions; flexibility to visit stores, partners, and key accounts when required.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
