General Accounting Specialist

You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

  • University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Min 2-4 years of general accounting experience; ''Automotive Sector'' experience is an asset,
  • Both result and process oriented, eager to learn, a good team member with high energy level,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills,
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external key stakeholders,
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking skills and multi-tasking,
  • Result oriented, attention in details and strong job tracking,
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn and open to challenges.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for day to day accounting operations and providing support on tax matters,
  • Controlling transactions of AR and AP records,
  • Entering daily invoice records,
  • Managing the import accounting process,
  • Monitor month-end transactions especially tax accruals, monthly expense and income accruals,
  • Having knowledge of tax law, labor law and other necessary legislations, have a good knowledge and experience in general accounting practices, following up tax changes,
  • Preparation of the bank reconciliation reports and obtaining the bank statements,
  • Controlling the travel and personnel expenses, as well as insurance policies
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes.
  • Responsible for optimizing and standardizing accounting and controlling processes and manage developments related to accounting&tax matters.
