We are looking for
Accouting Specialist
to join our
Accounting Team
at Çimsa.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • University degree in related departments.
  • Good knowledge about Turkish GAAP and general accounting practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar role.
  • Having a CPA (SMMM) Certificate is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in effective use of SAP and MS Office programs.
  • Good knowledge about e-invoice and e-ledger processes.
  • General knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated to learn and improve.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

As a member of accounting team at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, recording and controlling the entire accounting process of the company within the framework of Turkish GAAP.
  • Performing periodic reconciliation with customers and suppliers.
  • Performing month-end exchange rate difference transactions.
  • Providing support to fixed asset accounting processes.
  • Performing month-end closing process and preparing financial statements.
  • Providing support for accounting operations of foreign subsidiaries.
  • Providing support to other issues related to accounting, internal/external audit and reporting.
