QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in Wedding & Events, Banquet, or Luxury Events Sales,
  • Prior experience within a luxury hotel environment or destination wedding setting is highly preferred,
  • Bachelor's degree or associate in related fields,
  • Proven experience using Opera PMS (Delphi knowledge is an advantage),
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
  • Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and highly guest-focused,
  • Currently based in Fethiye or willing to relocate,
  • No restrictions on travel.

JOB DESCRIBTION

  • Manage the end-to-end sales, planning, and coordination of all Wedding & Social Events,
  • Convert incoming wedding and event enquiries into confirmed business, maximizing revenue and yield,
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wedding planners and key business partners,
  • Organize and conduct site inspections and hotel show rounds for prospective clients,
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure seamless coordination with all operational departments,
  • Accurately manage reservations, proposals, contracts, and reporting,
  • Prepare event forecasts and communicate them effectively to relevant internal teams,
  • Proactively identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities,
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute insights for continuous service enhancement,
  • Support the development of curated wedding packages and bespoke event concepts in line with the Ahãma brand ethos.
