We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the commercial product sales process for projects in line with company strategies,
  • Coordinating and tracking project sales processes,
  • Strengthening communication with existing customers,
  • Visiting potential customers to expand the portfolio,

Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Energy Systems Engineering),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project tracking and sales in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, Energy, etc.
  • Experienced in portfolio management,
  • Preferably proficient in English,
  • Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office programs,
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills,
  • No travel restrictions,
