Responsibilities:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Tech Talent & Operations Specialist to supercharge our remote hiring and team support functions in Turkey. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring our tech team runs smoothly with efficient documentation and admin systems.

Recruitment

  • Source tech candidates via LinkedIn, platforms, and talent pools
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (fit + basic tech vetting)
  • Coordinate interviews with tech leads and management
  • Own candidate communications: updates, feedback, timelines
  • Manage case study/tests process: send, receive, track
  • Coordinate offer letters, negotiations, and final contract signing
  • Maintain candidate pipeline documentation and metrics

Onboarding

  • Liaise with Head Office to prep equipment, email, tools access
  • Collect signed agreements (NDA, IP, policy acknowledgments)
  • Prepare and send digital Welcome Kit (Notion, docs, intro slides)
  • Schedule first-week intro calls with key teammates
  • Monitor Week 1 experience and ensure clarity on tasks, culture, values
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for Turkey onboarding flow

Offboarding

  • Manage exit checklist: return of devices, access revocation, final payslip
  • Coordinate collection of insurance cards or HR documents
  • Schedule and log an exit interview (optional with feedback loop)
  • Oversee knowledge handover between outgoing and incoming staff
  • Flag repeat offboarding friction points to leadership for process improvement

Internal Documentation & Support

  • Help tech team build documentation processes using AI tools (e.g., Notion AI, Scribe, ChatGPT agents)
  • Ensure new hires have access to up-to-date technical documentation
  • Track employee records and keep directories (emails, tools, licenses) updated
  • Assist in organizing team events, offsites, and virtual team bonding

Bonus Responsibilities (if capable):

  • Build basic automated flows (e.g., Zapier/Notion workflows)
  • Track team KPIs, hiring stats, and onboarding timelines
  • Be a cultural ambassador: help maintain vibe, drive informal check-ins

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR admin (preferably in tech)
  • Are organized, articulate, and a great async communicator
  • Can juggle multiple candidates and stakeholders without losing track
  • Speak fluent English and Turkish
  • Know how to Google things

  • Bonus: You're familiar with ATS systems, Notion, ChatGPT, or Scribe
