We are seeking an
Accounting Team Lead
to join our team in Istanbul with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field,
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with proven team management background,
  • Good knowledge on German GAAP or IFRS,
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to lead a team,
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills,
  • Eager to learn and focused on continuous improvement,
  • English or German language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
  • Active driver,
  • For male candidates: military service must be completed.

Job Description

  • Review and monitor general accounting records, prepare periodic reports
  • Prepare and review tax declarations
  • Ensure all declarations, notifications, and legal filings are regularly reviewed and submitted on time
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and prepare periodic financial reports
  • Distribute and supervise tasks among team members, while supporting their professional development
  • Provide tax consultancy services
