We are seeking an experienced and visionary
General Manager
for our customer in the sector of Financial Services. This role will oversee the company's overall operations and spearhead its strategic growth agenda. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in capital markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a demonstrated history of delivering organizational excellence within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across all business units, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and market goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including brokerage activities, investment services, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Represent the company in key industry platforms, client meetings, regulatory discussions, and public forums.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement necessary actions to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational excellence targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in financial or investment services or brokerage firms.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment instruments, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and large-scale operations.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-oriented mindset.
