We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate
to join our growing team — a creative, organized, and ambitious individual eager to make an impact across both
B2B (clinics, distributors, doctors)
and
B2C (e-commerce, content, and social media)
channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across global markets.
  • Coordinate with distributors, clinics, and medical professionals to align brand messaging and assets.
  • Assist in organizing international events, trainings, and congress activities (booth materials, logistics, coordination).
  • Maintain Morphiya's marketing asset library, ensuring brand consistency across materials.

Digital & Content

  • Assist in developing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the Morphiya website.
  • Support e-commerce activities, including product listings, visuals, and campaign updates (Shopify).
  • Monitor social and digital analytics to help optimize future campaigns.

Communication & Research

  • Support internal and external communication efforts (doctor newsletters, partner updates, etc.).
  • Conduct market and competitor research within the beauty tech and regenerative skincare segments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and global partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communication (experience in medical, beauty, aesthetics is a plus).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for innovation and aesthetics.
