Maple Bear Alkent is looking for a Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager / Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and support student enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with enrollment targets

Manage all digital communication channels including social media and the school website

Coordinate production of promotional materials, newsletters, and communication content

Ensure consistent application of corporate identity and brand standards

Plan and manage communication flow with parents and internal teams

Organize and conduct corporate visits, welcome guests, and present the school

Plan and manage open days, promotional activities, and school events

Track CRM processes, analyze performance, and prepare reports

Provide regular marketing and enrollment reports to school management

Qualifications

C1 level English proficiency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in marketing and corporate communications

High organizational, follow-up, and representation skills

Comfortable with corporate visits and face-to-face parent communication

Experience in the education sector is a plus

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Kurumsal kimliğin tüm iletişim kanallarında tutarlı şekilde uygulanmasını sağlamak

Veli iletişimini ve iletişim akışını yönetmek

Kurumsal ziyaretleri planlamak, okul tanıtımlarını yapmak ve misafir süreçlerini yürütmek

Açık gün, tanıtım etkinlikleri ve organizasyonları koordine etmek

CRM süreçlerini takip etmek ve raporlamak

Okul yönetimine düzenli pazarlama ve kayıt raporları sunmak

İngilizce seviyesi: C1

Güçlü yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri

Dijital pazarlama ve kurumsal iletişim deneyimi

Organizasyon, temsil ve takip becerisi yüksek

Kurumsal ziyaret ve yüz yüze veli iletişimine yatkın

Tercihen eğitim sektöründe deneyim
