RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
  • Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to align with overall project objectives
  • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
  • Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working on a client account with diverse project types or managing multiple projects at various stages of development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of related interior design experience with a strong background in corporate interiors
  • Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, colors, and materials
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3DS Max, Corona, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (knowledge of architectural project design and design development is preferred)
  • Strong visual, research, written, listening, and communication skills (in both Turkish and English)
  • Fluency in English
