Regional Sales Manager (Marmara)
who will be responsible for the sales of
KOBELCO
brand.

General Qualifications

  • Education: University degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  • Mobility: Valid Class B driver's license, active driving experience, and no restrictions for travel.
  • Military Service: Completed for male candidates.
  • Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Description

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Ensuring the execution of goal-oriented activities in the assigned region in accordance with the company's sales and marketing policies.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding the specific needs and expectations of customer segments within the region to provide the most suitable products, services, and solutions.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identifying and visiting potential customers, promoting product groups, and managing the process of preparing presentations and "solution partnership" proposals to convert leads into sales.
  • Sales Planning: Planning all sales activities within the area of responsibility to ensure the achievement of defined sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Increasing sales potential by identifying new projects and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
