About the Role:

As an Administrative Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our office and operations running smoothly. You will support day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, manage schedules, and assist in reporting and documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, files, and records
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Support Admin/Platform department.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
