We are looking for a
"Accounting Supervisor"
with following qualifications who will work and relocate at Odeon Greece Office (Rhodes),

This position will be responsible for the execution and coordination of all accounting activities of the company and to ensure that processes are realized in accordance with the accounting procedures and principles and in accordance with the legislation; report necessary data.

Qualifications;

  • 7+ years of progressive and technical accounting experience as a Supervisor in service sectors,
  • 2+ years of managerial experience,
  • CPA strongly preferred (it's equal to SMMM Certificate in Turkish),
  • Experienced in Cost Accounting,
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and detail-oriented mindset,
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (Reading, Writing, Speaking),
  • Strong computer skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
  • Working experience abroad, tourism sector and incoming experience preferred.

Job Description;

  • Coordination with the Holding Central Financial Affairs team,
  • Monitoring and execution of central reporting,
  • Tracking of financial processes, budget, and KPIs within the local country,
  • Declaration and monitoring of tasks performed within the framework of legal regulations,
  • Monitoring and improving the performance of the team under their supervision,
  • Ensuring communication with local official institutions.
